Amy brings 15 years of experience in Hospitality and Tourism, with a focus on culinary tourism and marketing. Her career began in a boutique Okanagan hotel, where she gained hands-on experience across multiple departments. Over the years, Amy held various management roles and created concierge departments for two hotels, developing a well-rounded skill set and deep industry knowledge.
In 2020, she transitioned to tourism with the Thompson Okanagan Tourism Association (TOTA) before joining Symphony Tourism Services in 2022 as Operations Manager. Amy excels in project management, client relations, and marketing, including visitor guides, social media, and digital campaigns. Her blend of marketing expertise, organizational skills, and teamwork makes her a key asset to the Symphony team.
